How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will be emailed the tracking information.
STORE SHIPPING POLICY
SMIFOME will ship purchased merchandise at the cost of the customer unless the order qualifies for FREE shipping. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item and the location of the customer.
SMIFOME ships via UPS and USPS. The item will ship within 5 business days of payment being verified. SMIFOME does NOT accept returns on custom merchandise and the Return Policy applies to all shipped merchandise.
RETURNS
SMIFOME does not accept returns on products ordered from SMIFOME.COM after 5 days of your receiving it. Accessories are NOT returnable, but if they are defective we will send you out new product. Please note that custom orders can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded. SMIFOME.com does not refund shipping costs when product is returned. Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT.
